Our team’s main task was to create a conceptual space with its own philosophy, which was materialized in a unique place with exceptional design and various functions. We designed the architecture, planning and landscaping for this complex. We also worked with the inner space to save the concept and aesthetics.
We designed the lobby interior, winter garden and common areas. Our studio conducted the author's supervision at all stages of the project implementation.
Working documentation for the architectural part was performed by the studio "Kvadr Group", for the improvement part - studio "Рутенія"
ABOUT
А37 is located in the heart of the historical and cultural center of Lviv. Created for those who want to be at the center of events. Who appreciates the aesthetics of the premium class. А37 is a residential 6-storey building with underground parking, located in the historic area of Lviv.
The first floor of the building works as a commercial, 2-6 floors are residential.
The building is located on a gentle rise, which allows you to enjoy the incredible views of the old part of town from the terraces of the top floor.
EXTERIOR
The main task for the team was to fit the building into the existing constructions organically, complementing and not disturbing the overall rhythm of the street, taking into account the scale and context in relation to the surrounding buildings and the environment. The building is conventionally divided into two segments, each of them has its typology of apartments: one-bedroom with a small area, the windows of which face the street with active traffic, and double with large areas, windows overlooking the quiet side streets.
Also, this division is emphasized on a facade by means of facing materials.
Penthouses are located on the last level. The contour of the floor is shifted in-depth and decorated with rebated metal in a dark color to preserve the "blue" line of the street.
INTERIOR
To create the interior design, our team combined natural materials, restrained, concise forms, and oriental trends in beautiful details. The lobby is located on the ground floor. It consists of a reception area, a seating area, a business area, and a children's area. At the same level, there is a gym for residents.
The interior of typical floors is formed around the atrium - a source of additional light and the main element of interior design.
